Skill and Sourdough Bread

This is a skill and sourdough bread recipe that you absolutely do not need in your life. But if you have some free time, limited number of friends, and the need to be loved, give it a go.

    Mix water and starter.

    Add flour and mix to bring together. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Add salt and mix to combine. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Coil fold 4 times and then laminate the two doughs together for the last one.

    Rest for an hour.

  6. 6

    Split into 2, ball up, and bench rest for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Shape and bosh in the fridge overnight.

    Bake at 250°C until golden brown (ideally in a Dutch oven).
