    Mix your water and yeast.

    Add flour and salt, then knead for 5 minutes.

    Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

    Knead for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 minutes.

    Should pass the window pane test.

    Room temp bulk for 5 hours.

    Ball up and rest for 4-5 hours at room temperature.

    24-48 hours in the fridge.

    2-3 hours at room temperature before cooking.

    Stretch it out.

    Top with whatever you fancy.

    Bake. If you don't have a pizza oven, get a frying pan heated on your hob, launch the base in and top.

    Check the base and ensure it doesn't burn.
