This simple no knead focaccia is the only bread recipe you need. Try it this week and get the best focaccia of your life… maybe… depending on what other focaccias you have eaten:

    Mix your water and yeast

    Add flour and bring together with a spatula.

    Rest 30 minutes

    Add salt and oil and mix with a spatula to incorporate again,

    Rest 30 minutes.

    Stretch and fold x3 times every 45 minutes

    Cover and fridge over night

    Tip your onto a likely oiled surface and

    Fold and flip to smooth side up

    Place carefully onto the onions.

    Cover and rest for 2-3 hours

    Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes then drop
