Simple Garlic Dough Balls

Ingredients

The Balls

Garlic Butter

Tangzhong

Directions

    Whisk flour and milk in a low heat until it becomes a thick paste. Set to the side and allow to cool down.

    Mix all the dough ingredients and your tangzhong in a stand mixer for 6-8 minutes until the dough is nice and smooth.

    Ball it up, cover and rest for about an hour (UK temps)

    Cut the dough into 45/50g pieces and make into mini dough balls.

    Place these into a frying pan and cover until they double in size (around an hour)

  6. 6

    Heat your oven to 180°C and get your balls (dough) in for 35 minutes - check them, they will be done when they are golden in colour.

    Mix your garlic and butter then smear all over your hot balls
