Add flour to a mixing bowl and add in the oil or butter. Toss together with a fork until combined.

Meanwhile heat water over the stove until warm, then stir in the dash of salt.

Pour warm salt water over the flour and stir until it comes together, then use your hands to knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Cover dough with a towel and let sit for a few minutes while you heat up a large frying pan over medium heat.

Divide dough into 10 balls and roll each ball into a large circle about 1/8 inch thick. Pick up and flip and turn the dough each time you roll until it's thin enough.

Cook on your preheated and oiled pan for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

Store in the fridge for up to two weeks!
