    Take flour with baking powder. Cut cold butter. Mix with flour by hand until it looks like wet sand.

    Add a little cold water with lemon. Mix until the dough is soft but slightly dry.

    Refrigerate the dough for 1-2 hours.

    Cut plums/peaches/apricots.

    Roll out the dough, Spread it on a baking sheet with your fingers. Make small edges.

    Chill the baking sheet for 15-30 minutes.

    Spread the fruits over the dough.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon, a little nutmeg, vanilla.

    Top with the reserved dough crumbles.

    Preheat oven to 175°C (first 15-20 minutes at 200°C). Bake for about 40-50 minutes. Ensure it doesn’t burn and isn’t too watery, but also not too dry.
