    Steam the broccoli crowns whole for about 5 minutes or until fork-tender.

    Mix the steamed broccoli, egg, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Press the mixture into a greased pie dish.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional mozzarella and your favorite toppings like pepperoni or any sauce you like.
