    Mix grated butter with flour, add sugar, and form crumbs.

    Add egg and water, knead quickly into dough.

    Chill dough in fridge for 1 hour.

    Roll out the dough, shape it into a pie form, and blind bake at 180°C for 10 minutes with parchment and rice/beans, then another 10 minutes without.

    Whisk all filling ingredients until smooth.

    Pour onto baked crust and bake at 165°C for 25-30 minutes until slightly browned.

    Let cool for 10 minutes.

    Melt sugar in a pan, add butter, and stir.

    Add peaches and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.

    Top the cake with caramelized peaches and chill in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
