Put the fish on the lemon slices, and arrange cherry tomatoes, olives around.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive and balsamic vinegar

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes
Notes
I didn’t use salt because for me it’s enough from the fish and olives, but you can add if like more salty
