    Dry the cooked rice in a 60°C oven for 8 hours (air drying or using a dehydrator is also fine).

    Fry the dried rice in 200°C oil until the rice floats to the surface, then take it out (puffed rice).

    Mix the puffed rice with rice syrup, sugar, and salt.

    Shape the mixture using a mold and let it cool for about 10 minutes. It’s ready to serve
