Garlic Scape Butter
Using some fresh scapes I picked up from @cookstown_greens earlier this week

Finely chip garlic scapes and combine with 2 sticks of room temp butter.

Mix together until uniform and season with kosher salt.

Either store in an airtight container or form into a log and wrap in parchment paper.
