Easy Salmon Crudo
Easy Salmon Crudo that you can make in 10 minutes for your next summer dinner

Remove peel and pith from orange and cut into supremes. Dice, and toss with 3 tsp chili crunch and a 1/2 tsp sesame oil.

Thinly slice 2 shallots and toss with the juice of half a lime

To make the scallion oil, gently simmer 100 grams chopped scallions with 200 grams neutral oil for 5 minutes. Blend on high until completely smooth for 2-3 minutes, and then strain through cheesecloth or coffee filter.

Combine 3 tbsp of scallion oil with the juice of half a lemon and half a lime, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp ginger.

Slice salmon filet, and fan out pieces flat on your serving plate. Bonus points if you chill your plate in advance. Season gently with a pinch of salt, and pour over your sauce. Top with chili marinated oranges, shallots, sliced jalapeños and chopped macadamia nuts. Serve right away.
