Boil corn in lightly salted water for 6 minutes and remove.

Combine mayo, parm, tajin, and lime juice to make the sauce.

Preheat pan or grill over high heat and char corn on all sides until blackening in spots.

Spread sauce on plate and top with corn.

Garnish with cilantro, more tajin, and a squeeze of lime.
