Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until uniformly combined

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Soak potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes and then dry very well between two kitchen towels

Heat oil to 375°F and drop potatoes in, agitating occasionally until golden brown and crisp

Season with kosher salt while still hot

Season steak with kosher salt and grill over high heat for 3 minutes a side

Slice against the grain

Drizzle ciabatta with olive oil and toast cut side down until golden brown
