    Preheat oven to 230C/450F. For the roasted Brussels Sprouts, slice sprouts in half lengthways (removing any tough ends) and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper powder. Place cut side down on a lined baking tray and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

    For the Dan Dan Sauce, combine everything in a bowl and mix.

    Add the crispy Brussels Sprouts to a large serving bowl. Top with the sauce, sesame seeds and coriander leaves and toss through. Devour!
