I love having this when I want a fun drink that is also full of nutrients that make me feel great while drinking it. I also think it’s a great combination to have the protein from the soy milk and the sugars from the cantaloupe so it slows the glucose absorption (may or may not be true so do your own research ). In addition, cantaloupe has so many health benefits from being hydrating the skin to providing essential vitamins and antioxidants for the body.

    Blend for about 30 seconds on high or a bit longer to bring the temperature down on the smoothie (for more sensitive bodies). Don’t blend for too long.

    Frothing/foam is normal from the proteins in the soy milk. Skim the foam or drink it if you like!

    A straw also helps if you don’t want to deal with the foam.
