I have been making this syrup on repeat, I feel like we can never have enough on hand!

Pumpkin Brown Sugar Syrup

    Combine brown sugar + pumpkin purée + water + pumpkin pie spice + vanilla in a small pot

    Whisk together

    Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Strain through a fine mesh strainer if you don’t want any pumpkin texture

  5. 5

    In a shaker, combine ice + 2 tbsp pumpkin brown sugar syrup + 2 shots of espresso

  6. 6

    Shake

  7. 7

    Pour into a glass + add milk to taste


Notes

This makes enough syrup for about 4-5 drinks!
