Marmellata di rose made with roses from our garden and memories of 20 years ago.

    Clean the petals from the white part then mix them with your hands with 50% of sugar mixed with lime juice.

    Bring to boil the water and the rest of sugar, cook for 10 mins.

    Put the roses petals in the pot with the water and sugar and cook at medium fire for 40 mins.

    Once ready, rest in the fridge for 3 hours.

    Afterward store your jam in a vacuum bag or sterilized jars.
