Onions and their powder, marinated egg yolk

    Marinade the yolk for 4 hours in the soya sauce

    Cut the bottom and top part of the onions. Cook them in a pot with the rest of the ingredients, for 30 mins slow fire.

    Cook the sliced onions in a pot with olive oil, thyme and rosemary for 15 minutes at medium fire. Add soya sauce, let evaporate then add 500 ml of water. Cook for 45 mins then filter the stock.

    Place the onions peels in the oven at 100° for 1 hour. Once ready, blend well.
