Chili Oil Noodle Bowl

A customizable and easy-to-make noodle dish with a simple sauce made from pantry ingredients.

    Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well to combine.

    Cook noodles one minute shy of packaging instructions, then rinse and drizzle lightly with avocado oil to prevent sticking.

    Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, bok choy, green onion and garlic and saute until mushrooms have begun to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

    Add in sauce and saute one minute longer.

    Transfer in cooked noodles, toss well and allow noodles to finish cooking for 2 minutes in the sauce.

    Garnish with chili oil, green onion and sesame seeds.
