    Mash avocado with salt, pepper, lemon juice, everything bagel seasoning, and chopped cilantro.

    Soft boil eggs by bringing water to a boil, adding a splash of vinegar, boiling for 6-7 minutes, then placing in an ice bath and peeling.

    Spread almond butter on bagel, top with blueberries, caramelized banana slices, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs.

    Caramelize banana slices by sautéing on stove top with maple syrup until browned.
