Wonton Soup with Soup Dumplings

In a medium sized soup pot or Dutch oven, add water and bring to a boil.

Add in bouillon. Stir to dissolve.

Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and chili oil. Taste to adjust seasonings and bouillon.

Stir and bring back to a simmer. Add in the scallions and spinach. Stir to combine.

Drop in soup dumplings and serve hot.
