Crispy and Sticky Pork Belly Ramen

A delicious and savory ramen dish made with marinated pork belly and a flavorful wonton broth.

Ingredients

Pork Belly Marinade

Directions

    Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour into a zip lock bag with the pork belly. Marinate overnight.

    Transfer pork belly slices onto a wire rack in a foil-lined baking sheet. Reserve the marinade. Roast pork for about 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees.

    Transfer pork belly to another wire rack to cool.

    In a medium-sized soup pot or Dutch oven, add water and bring to a boil. Add bouillon and stir to dissolve.

    Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chili oil, and reserved marinade. Stir and bring back to a simmer. Taste to adjust seasonings and bouillon.

    Add in the spinach. Stir to combine. Drop in ramen and simmer to cook about 5 minutes.
