Homemade Lasagna Hamburger Helper
A budget-friendly and easy-to-make homemade version of Hamburger Helper lasagna that tastes better than the boxed version.

Heat olive or avocado oil in a large skillet on medium high heat for about 30 seconds.

Add ground beef to hot pan and break apart. Add the onion and garlic, salt and pepper.

Crumble the ground beef while combining the onion and garlic throughout the beef.

Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning. Stir beef well.

Pour in the broth. Marinara sauce and pasta. Combine well and bring to a boil.

Bring back down to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until the pasta is cooked.

Shred cheese over the hot lasagna, stirring to combine.

Taste for salt and pepper. Serve hot with soft and sweet rolls, which are great for sopping up the sauce.
