In honor of the Paris Olympics, we're making a quiche!

    Pre-bake pie crust at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Slice bacon into pieces and fry until crispy.

    Chop onion and sauté in 1 tbsp rendered bacon fat.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Check in at about 30 minutes. If the quiche is jiggly, it's not quite done.
