    Combine protein powder, vanilla, almond butter

    Melt chocolate in the microwave. I heat it at 30-45 seconds at a time, mix, and then add it back to the microwave to melt more (another minute or so)

    Add small layer of chocolate to a mini silicone cupcake pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Freeze for 30 minutes

    Divide protein dough into 12 mini balls and flatten

  5. 5

    Remove pan from freezer and add the dough

    Top with remaining chocolate

  7. 7

    Freeze for an hour

  8. 8

    Pop them out of the cupcake pan and enjoy! You can store in an airtight container in the fridge.
