Spread out a piece of parchment paper on your cookie sheet.

Mix protein powder and coconut yogurt and spread evenly on the parchment paper.

Crumble your fig bar and spread all over the coconut yogurt. Add your berries now too!

Freeze for at least 1 hour (preferably 2).

Take out of freezer and break up your yogurt bark.

Store remaining bark in an airtight container and enjoy!
