put 1 cup of almond milk and 1 large carrot grated into a saucepan and bring to boil

once boiling reduce heat and add 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbs maple syrup, 1/2 rolled oats and a splash of almond milk

top with your favorites, pecans, coconut flakes, bananas, cinnamon and maple syrup
