Simple Almond Biscotti

Perfect to dip in your morning coffee, or for a bedtime treat!

    Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper

    In a medium bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking powder

  3. 3

    In a large bowl mix together oil, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract

  4. 4

    Add dry ingredients to wet and mix

  5. 5

    Cut dough in half and flatten into two 4 x 8 inch logs

  6. 6

    Bake for 25 min then let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into them

  7. 7

    Turn slices to lay flat and bake for another 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Let cool and harden, while cooling melt chocolate chips with coconut oil

  9. 9

    Dip the bottom of the biscotti in the chocolate

  10. 10
