    preheat oven to 350

    mix milk and apple cider vinegar together and set aside

  3. 3

    whisk eggs, avocado oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla

    whisk in milk mixture until smooth

  5. 5

    whisk in remaining dry ingredients

  6. 6

    pour into parchment lined loaf pan

  7. 7

    bake for 45-50 min

    while baking make cream cheese glaze by mixing together all ingredients until smooth

  9. 9

    after baking wait until bread has cooled and spread glaze on top

  10. 10
