GLUTEN FREE SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES

This is that cookie that quite literally melts in my mouth.

Ingredients

    preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    mix together 1.5 tbs cinnamon and 3 tbs coconut sugar and set aside

  3. 3

    in a large bowl whisk together egg, butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar

  4. 4

    stir in along flour, sea salt, and baking powder

  5. 5

    scoop the dough out a tbs at a time and shape into a ball, then roll into cinnamon and coconut sugar mixture

  6. 6

    place on baking sheet and push down with hand about half way

  7. 7

    bake for about 9 minutes
