Preheat your oven to 180°C

In a medium bowl, add together the mashed banana, butter, sugar, and cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt and chocolate pieces and stir till combined.

Pour the batter into the a baking pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
