    In a baking dish, combine oats, banana, milk, protein powder, baking powder and maple syrup. Mix until combined.

    Spread blueberries and yoghurt on top and place in the oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Once cooked, cut into four equal squares and refrigerate.
