Almond Croissant Inspired Muffins

    Make frangipane filling by combining all ingredients, mix until well combined. cover and refrigerate while making batter.

    Make batter. In bowl add sugar and all wet ingredients and mix. then add all dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

    Take out frangipane filling from fridge and divide into 12 and shape into balls (approx 11-12g each).

    Fill half of each muffin case with batter. then place frangipane balls in centre, and fill with remaining batter.

    Top with lots of almond flakes.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180°C for 25mins, and let it cool.

  7. 7

    Dust with powdered sugar.
