    Fry fries in batches.

    Use ice in batter to keep it cold.

    Fry in preheated oil.

    First fry on medium flame for 4-5 minutes until light golden. Use ladle so fries don’t stick together.

    Make sure to bring fries back at room temperature before freezing.

    Preheat oil before frying frozen fries on HIGH flame. Hardly takes 4-5minutes.
