Ingredients: 400 grams shredded boiled chicken; 0.25 cup soya sauce; 0.25 cup chili sauce; 1 tbsp white vinegar; 2 tbsp dark soya sauce; salt (according to taste); 1 tsp black pepper powder; 2 egg whites (whisked); 1 small green cabbage (chopped omelette style); 3 medium sized carrots (chopped omelette style); 1 large capsicum (chopped omelette style); 0.25 cup cornflour (mixed in water for cornflour slurry)
