    Make the dough.

    Let it sit for 20 minutes and in the meantime make filling.

  3. 3

    Cut the dough into 3 balls and roll each out.

  4. 4

    Cook filling and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add a whipped egg to the filling once it’s set aside.

  6. 6

    Add filling to the dough, fold over and cook 2 minutes on each side.

PS you can make the filling with whatever you wish.
