Bruschetta

A little bruschetta makes everything betta.

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut tomatoes, remove the seeds and juices.

    Add chopped basil, 1 minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper to the tomatoes.

    Let the mixture marinate so tomatoes soak in flavor.

    Spray bread with olive oil and salt and toast/grill until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Rub a half cut garlic all over the bread.

  6. 6

    Spoon the mixture on top of bread (not the liquid part) and cut in half.

  7. 7

    Drizzle some more olive oil on top.

P.S I was a bit lazy with my deseeding of tomatoes I know.
