Healthy Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

Banana bread with only 1 tbsp butter in the whole loaf and 1/4 cup sugar, no fake healthy ingredients.

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, sugar, choc chips).

    Mix wet ingredients (whisked egg, melted butter).

  3. 3

    Add wet to dry. Don’t overmix!!!

    Bake at 350F for 35 min.


Notes

Note: I wanted for my bananas to be super ripe, so ripe they turned black. I left them in the fridge until I had time to make this. Yes I did eat some w nutella.
