    Cook halloumi along with the pita.

    Mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Add yogurt and combine with fork and hands until sticky and soft.

    Let the dough sit for at least 15 minutes as 1 ball.

    Cut the dough into 3-4 balls and shape each into a thin circle using your hands.

    Cook the pita on medium-low heat with sufficient oil.
