One Pan Creamy Tarragon Chicken

This is my One Pan Creamy Tarragon Chicken, so easy to make and packed full of flavour this crowd pleaser is a must try.

    Add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan, and add the chicken to the pan season well then cook off for 20 minutes until juices run clear and the skin is nice and crispy then remove from the pan.

    Add onions, garlic, mushrooms and 1 tbsp mixed herbs to the pan and sautée until softened for 5-7 minutes.

    Once softened add the stock, mustard and single cream give that a good stir and then sprinkle in the chopped fresh tarragon and season to taste.

    Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and cook for a 5 minutes on low.

    Garnish with fresh tarragon and serve on a bed of creamy mash. Enjoy!
