Honey Mustard Glazed Ham
This is such a simple easy high protein recipe to make each week, you can use the ham for sandwiches, salads and multiple other dishes. It’s also a lot more cost affective than buying pre sliced thin ham for £3 for 5 slices and tastes 100x better too.

Mix the marinade together with honey, mustard and brown sugar then season.

Score the ham fat, season then place in a oven proof dish and pour over the marinade mixture ensuring all the meat is covered.

Place in a 180c oven for 30 mins per 500g, once done for an hour take out then baste again with remaining mixture and sprinkle of brown sugar, place back in oven for final 20 mins letting sugar and marinade caramelise.

Allow to rest for 20 mins, carve and then you’re ready to eat. Use for sandwiches, salads and more for the coming week, enjoy.
