These are my delicious High Protein Greek Chicken Flatbreads, perfect quick and easy healthy midweek dinner.

Marinade the chicken by adding the greek seasoning, garlic, lemon zest and juice and olive oil to a bowl, season well then set aside.

Place the chicken in your airfryer, then cook on 200c for 15 minutes until fully cooked through.

Heat your flatbreads in microwave for 30 seconds, add 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce to the flatbread along with the cooked chicken add fresh tomato and cucumber, a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley on top.
