    Mix rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder in a large bowl.

    Add mashed bananas, lemon juice and zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.

    Fold in fresh blueberries.

    Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray. Top with more blueberries.

    Bake for 35 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.

    Portion into 4 serves. Store in the fridge in airtight containers.
