Creamy Lemon Pepper Chicken

Sprinkle the chicken with Mingle’s citrus pepper seasoning. Rub the seasoning onto the chicken, then dip the chicken into the flour, coating both sides.

Add olive oil to a fry pan and heat. Add chicken to the pan. Cook until browned, turning once. Set aside.

Using the same pan, add coconut cream and 1-2 teaspoons Mingle’s citrus pepper season (to taste). Stir until combined.

Add chicken back into the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with rice or potatoes and veggies!
