    Mix the salmon marinade ingredients and coat the salmon. Leave to marinade for 10-15 minutes.

    Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees c then cook the salmon for 7-8 minutes.

    Mix the quinoa ingredients together.

    Make your guacamole.

    Char your corn kernels in a hot pan.
