Fry off your chicken sausages and cut up into pieces.

Add in your pepper, onion, seasoning & philadelphia.

Mix well and set aside.

Start filling your boats by adding your rice, topped with the chicken & grated cheese in each one.

Top with cheese and place in the oven for 5 mins.
