    Set your pasta to boil.

    Fry off your mince.

    Add your seasoning and your stock and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

    Then add in your Philadelphia and stir through well.

    Once your pasta is cooked, add this to the pan with your beef.

    Stir through your mozzarella and then serve!
