Creamy Nandos Chicken & Halloumi Pasta

What an absolute belter of a meal and the perfect one to document after a little break.

    Start by boiling your pasta

    Whilst this is boiling, fry off your halloumi and pop to one side

  3. 3

    Add your chopped up chicken breast into a bowl and top with 1/2 your nandos rub, 1 tsp Garlic granules & 2 tbsp Nandos marinade

  4. 4

    Mix well until all the chicken is covered and then add to the frying pan

  5. 5

    Once this is fried off, Add in your chopped pepper and fry for another couple of minutes

  6. 6

    Add in your Philadelphia lightest, the remainder of your nandos rub and a cup of pasta water.

    Mix well then add in your cooked pasta

  8. 8

    Stir through with Mozzarella & then dish up!

    Once dishes up i then top with the halloumi & Parsley and serve!
