Chipotle Chicken & Chorizo Pasta

    Set your pasta to boil.

    Fry off your chicken sausages.

  3. 3

    Add in your chopped pepper and onion to the pan along with your chorizo.

  4. 4

    Fry these off for about 3-4 mins.

  5. 5

    Whilst this is frying off, make your sauce by combining your chipotle paste and philadelphia into a bowl with a cup of Pasta water.

    Season your chicken etc in the pan with your seasonings then add the sauce.

  7. 7

    Mix well then pop your pasta in.

  8. 8

    Stir through, top with cheese & serve!
